A23 Rummy in 2026: Cash Status and Free Games
Reviewed 22 October 2026 · Rummy.Global Editorial
A23 says cash games are no longer available. Its current homepage advertises free rummy and poker, so describing the whole platform as suspended is inaccurate.
What A23 currently says
A23’s official notice attributes the change to regulation, says cash games are no longer available on A23 Rummy and asks users to withdraw winnings. The same homepage presents free games.
This is evidence of the public offering, not a completed sign-up, gameplay or withdrawal test. We do not publish an app rating, withdrawal time or welcome bonus based on that notice alone.
A23 and Ace2Three
Head Digital Works identifies A23 Rummy as the former Ace2Three platform. The rebrand was reported in August 2020 by afaqs. The old Ace2Three URL on this site redirects here; it is not a separate current operator.

- Open the official A23 site or your established app, not a link sent by an unknown agent.
- Check the balance and any account-specific instructions before requesting a withdrawal.
- Keep transaction IDs, the registered account details and screenshots of any error.
- Use the contact given in the official notice, info@a23.com, for account questions.
The contact and withdrawal request come from A23. We cannot access your account, predict a processing time or guarantee a refund.
Free play is not cash play
India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 took effect on 1 May 2026. The government’s explanation prohibits online money games regardless of whether they involve skill, chance or both, while separating them from online social games and e-sports (Press Information Bureau).
If you want browser practice without an account, use Rummy.Global’s free game. It is not an A23 client and has different house rules, including a pure sequence of three or more cards and aces worth 10.
