Rummy for Money 2026: Where to Play and What to Check

Real-money rummy online now runs in two places: Stake’s own player-versus-player tables, and provider rummy games inside large casino lobbies. The big Indian rummy apps have closed their cash tables. Here is where you can still play, and what to check before you deposit.

Where real-money rummy runs now

The difference matters. At Stake you play other account holders. At the other six you play a provider’s game, and the result depends on its rules and return to player. Our rummy site reviews compare offers, codes and licences side by side.

How Stake’s Points Rummy works

Stake’s Points Rummy help article, dated 15 July 2026, describes 13 cards, two decks and jokers. You need at least two sequences, including a pure sequence. The winner scores zero, and the other players total their unmelded cards, with face cards counting 10.

Stake uses two decks, while our free practice game uses one. Both need two sequences including a pure sequence. Read the rules of the actual table, as scoring and interface details can differ. Stake’s terms require lawful use and ban getting around location restrictions.

What happened to A23, RummyCircle and Junglee

India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 took effect on 1 May 2026 and ban online money games in India, whether they involve skill, chance or both (Press Information Bureau). Three of the best-known Indian rummy apps closed their cash tables as a result.

If you still have a balance on one of these apps, our guides to A23, RummyCircle and Junglee cover the official support routes and the records to keep.

What to check before you deposit

• Local law. Real-money rummy is legal in some countries and banned in others. Check yours first.
• Licence. Look for the licence holder and number in the site footer, and check it on the regulator’s register.
• Rummy format. Points, Pool and Deals rummy pay out differently. Check which one the table runs.
• Bonus terms. Many welcome bonuses don’t count card games towards wagering, or count them at a lower rate.
• Withdrawals. Check the minimum withdrawal, the payment methods and the ID checks needed before your first cash-out.
• Limits. Set a deposit limit before you play. Our responsible gambling guide lists the tools and support services.
