RummyCircle’s published terms describe discontinued cash games and free-play services. This page does not present it as an active cash-rummy recommendation.

What the official evidence supports

A cached copy of the RummyCircle terms, version 2025-08 and updated 23 August 2025, describes discontinued cash games and free-play services. Its withdrawal section applies to funds accumulated before 22 August 2025; that is the stated funds cutoff, not a separately stated effective closure date. Direct retrieval was geographically restricted during this review.

That restriction means we did not verify the present logged-in lobby, account-specific withdrawals or current free-play availability. It does not establish that the site is unavailable to every user or that every account has the same status.

Old rules pages are not live offers

The current legal context

India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 took effect on 1 May 2026. The government’s explanation prohibits online money games regardless of whether they involve skill, chance or both, while separating them from online social games and e-sports (Press Information Bureau).

An overseas website, cryptocurrency payment or accessible app is not an exemption from Indian law. This page does not recommend depositing, using a VPN or seeking another route to cash rummy in India.
