The wording in the official Junglee Rummy FAQ is broader than a temporary cash-game pause. It refers to gaming services and gameplay for users in India.
Older search results may still describe suspended paid games, continuing free practice or a welcome offer. Those older descriptions should not override the current closure notice. No reopening date is claimed here.
What to do about an existing account
The official FAQ includes account, customer-query, deposited-funds, grievance, transaction-history and data-retention questions. Use those operator instructions for your situation rather than starting with a new deposit or a replacement app.
